You must be at least 21 years of age and a legal resident of Indonesia to create an account and use bigpot services. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
By accessing, registering for, or using the bigpot platform and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using bigpot services and refrain from creating an account.
bigpot reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the bigpot website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of bigpot services following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and bigpot. Any disputes arising from your use of bigpot services will be governed by these terms and the applicable laws specified in the Governing Law section.
To use bigpot services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register for a bigpot account and participate in any gambling activities on our platform. This age restriction is strictly enforced in accordance with Indonesian legal standards and international responsible gaming practices. bigpot will verify your age during the KYC verification process by reviewing your government-issued Indonesian Identity Card (KTP). Providing false age information or attempting to use another person's identification to circumvent age restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
You must be a legal resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian address. bigpot services are designed exclusively for the Indonesian market. Users residing outside Indonesia or accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to register or use bigpot services. We reserve the right to verify your geographic location and may request proof of Indonesian residency during the KYC process.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indonesian law. You must not be subject to any legal disabilities, restrictions, or prohibitions that would prevent you from gambling. You must not be under any self-exclusion agreement with bigpot or any other gambling operator.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) bigpot account. Creating multiple accounts, using different identities, or registering under false names is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms. bigpot employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Discovery of multiple accounts will result in closure of all accounts, cancellation of all pending wagers, and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
The following categories of persons are prohibited from using bigpot services:
To create a bigpot account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You are responsible for ensuring all information provided is truthful and up-to-date. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension or termination.
Before making your first withdrawal, you must complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This requires submitting a clear, legible photo of your Indonesian Identity Card (KTP) showing your name, date of birth, address, and photograph. bigpot may also request additional documentation such as proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) or selfie verification. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of first deposit may result in account restrictions. Verification typically takes 24-48 hours. All documents are stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bigpot username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You must immediately notify bigpot customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. bigpot is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account if such use occurred due to your failure to keep your credentials secure. We recommend using a strong password (minimum 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols) and enabling two-factor authentication if available.
bigpot reserves the right to monitor all account activity for security, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes. We may request additional verification or documentation at any time if suspicious activity is detected. This includes but is not limited to unusual deposit patterns, irregular betting behavior, suspected money laundering, or violation of bonus terms. You agree to cooperate fully with any investigation.
bigpot accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified for specific payment methods. Deposits are typically credited to your bigpot account within 5 minutes. bigpot does not charge deposit fees, though your financial institution may impose transaction charges.
You may only deposit funds from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from accounts not belonging to you) are strictly prohibited and will be rejected or refunded. This policy is in place to prevent fraud, money laundering, and unauthorized transactions. bigpot reserves the right to request proof of payment source ownership before processing withdrawals.
You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your bigpot account at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your account tier and VIP status. Standard withdrawal processing time is under 5 minutes during business hours (08:00-20:00 WIB, Monday-Sunday). Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.
bigpot reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals under the following circumstances: pending KYC verification, active bonus wagering requirements not yet met, suspected fraudulent activity, ongoing investigation of terms violations, chargebacks or payment disputes, or requests for additional documentation. We may require you to verify your identity via video call or additional documentation before processing large withdrawals (exceeding Rp 10,000,000). Withdrawal requests may be cancelled if irregular betting patterns or terms violations are detected.
bigpot is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal. Deposits that are withdrawn without any gameplay activity may be subject to administrative fees and investigation. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. bigpot may refuse service to individuals or entities suspected of engaging in money laundering activities.
bigpot offers various bonuses and promotions to players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated on the promotional page. Bonuses are available to eligible players at bigpot's sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse bonus eligibility to any player without providing a reason. Abuse of bonus offers, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, is strictly prohibited and will result in confiscation of bonuses and account closure.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies how many times you must bet the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place Rp 30,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal. Only bets on eligible games count toward wagering requirements. Different games may contribute different percentages toward wagering: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are stated in each bonus's terms.
All bonuses have an expiration period, typically 7-30 days from the date of activation, as specified in the bonus terms. If wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited. Time limits apply to both the completion of wagering requirements and the use of bonus funds. It is your responsibility to track your wagering progress and bonus expiration dates. bigpot is not obligated to send reminder notifications for expiring bonuses.
Maximum bet limits apply while wagering bonuses, typically Rp 50,000 per bet/spin. Exceeding maximum bet limits may result in bonus forfeiture. Some games may be restricted or excluded from bonus play. Bonuses cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated. Bonus funds must be used before real money funds when placing bets. Withdrawal requests made before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. bigpot reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, or close accounts if bonus abuse or terms violations are detected.
All bigpot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are clearly displayed for each game. Outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated. bigpot does not interfere with game results. However, we reserve the right to investigate any unusual betting patterns or suspected cheating. Use of bots, automated betting software, collusion with other players, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and confiscation of funds.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical failure, bigpot reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund stakes. This includes disconnections during live dealer games, server crashes, display errors showing incorrect odds or balances, or any technical issue that affects game integrity. If a game malfunction results in an incorrect payout being credited to your account, bigpot reserves the right to correct your balance and recover overpaid funds. You agree to notify bigpot immediately if you suspect a game malfunction or believe you have received an incorrect payout.
Sports betting is subject to specific rules governing bet settlement, voided matches, postponements, and result corrections. Bets are settled based on official results from the governing sports authority. If a match is postponed, bets typically remain valid for 48 hours. If a match is abandoned or cancelled, stakes are usually refunded unless specific rules apply. In the event of obvious errors in odds or betting lines, bigpot reserves the right to void affected bets. Maximum payout limits apply to sports betting, as specified in the betting rules for each sport.

bigpot strives to provide uninterrupted service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, server failures, internet connectivity problems, or circumstances beyond our control. bigpot is not liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions, downtime, or technical malfunctions. We recommend regularly logging out and clearing cache to ensure optimal performance.
bigpot services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will meet your requirements, be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content, odds, or game results. While we implement industry-standard security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against cyberattacks, data breaches, or unauthorized access. You use bigpot services at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, bigpot, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of bigpot services. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses. Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of bigpot services shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.
You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves financial risk and the possibility of losing money. Outcomes are determined by chance, and there is no guaranteed way to win. bigpot is not responsible for any losses you incur while gambling on our platform. You are solely responsible for managing your gambling budget and ensuring gambling remains entertainment rather than a financial burden. We strongly encourage you to use our responsible gaming tools, set deposit limits, and seek help if you feel your gambling is becoming problematic.
You may close your bigpot account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon closure, all pending bonuses will be forfeited. You must withdraw your remaining balance before closing your account. Accounts with outstanding wagering requirements or pending withdrawal requests cannot be closed until those matters are resolved. bigpot will process your account closure request within 48 hours. Closed accounts cannot be reopened. If you wish to gamble again after voluntary closure, you must register a new account (subject to our terms).
bigpot reserves the right to suspend or temporarily restrict your account at any time if we suspect terms violations, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, pending investigations, incomplete KYC verification, or any activity that jeopardizes the integrity of our platform. During suspension, you will not be able to log in, place bets, or request withdrawals. We will notify you of the suspension and the reason for it. Accounts may be reactivated after the issue is resolved and you have cooperated fully with any investigation.
bigpot reserves the right to permanently close your account and terminate your access to our services under the following circumstances: material breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, multiple accounts or identity fraud, money laundering or criminal activity, abusive behavior toward staff or players, failure to complete KYC verification after repeated requests, or repeated violations of rules after warnings. Account termination is immediate and irreversible. Upon termination, all bonuses are forfeited, pending bets may be voided, and your remaining balance (if any) may be withheld pending investigation. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at our sole discretion.
If you feel your gambling is becoming a problem, you may request voluntary self-exclusion for a specified period (6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanent). During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your account, deposit funds, or place bets. bigpot will take reasonable measures to prevent you from creating new accounts during the exclusion period. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires. For permanent self-exclusion, you will never be allowed to reactivate your account or create a new one. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bigpot is licensed and operated. Where local Indonesian law provides greater consumer protection, such provisions shall apply to Indonesian users. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of bigpot services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the licensing jurisdiction, or Indonesian courts where applicable.
If you have a complaint or dispute with bigpot, you must first attempt to resolve it by contacting our customer support team via live chat, email, or WhatsApp. Provide a detailed description of your complaint and any supporting documentation. We will investigate your complaint and respond within 7 business days. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through customer support, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to our management team via email. We commit to investigating all formal complaints thoroughly and providing a written response within 14 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaint process, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear their own costs of arbitration. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. By agreeing to these terms, you waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against bigpot.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the parties.
